Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use carrierfiling.com and when you pay us to file your Unified Carrier Registration (UCR). By paying, you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@carrierfiling.com before you pay.
1. Who we are
Carrier Filing is a service of Catalyst Automation LLC ("Catalyst", "we", "us"), 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.
We are a private filing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Unified Carrier Registration Plan (the "UCR Plan"), or any government agency.
2. What we do
We file your UCR registration for the 2027 registration year with the UCR Plan on your behalf, using the USDOT number and number of power units you give us.
3. Price
Your price is shown before you pay and depends on how many power units you have. It includes two parts: the UCR registration fee the UCR Plan sets for your fleet size, and our service fee. Every price tier is made up this way. You pay once, at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Your information
You are responsible for giving us accurate information, including your USDOT number and your number of power units. The UCR fee depends on fleet size, so an incorrect power-unit count can mean an incorrect filing. If we see a problem with the information before we file, we will contact you at the email address you gave us.
5. When we file
- Paid by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026: we file within 5 business days of your payment, and always before the January 1, 2027 registration deadline.
- Paid after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026: we file within 1 business day of your payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Filing depends on the UCR Plan's systems being available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the UCR Plan or other outages outside our control.
6. Receipts and confirmation
Stripe emails you a payment receipt when you pay. We do not email a separate filing confirmation. If you would like to confirm that your filing is complete, email us with your USDOT number.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Before we file: you can cancel and get a refund. Email support@carrierfiling.com with your USDOT number.
After we file: we are not obligated to give a refund, because registration fees paid to the UCR Plan are generally not returned. If we are able to cancel your registration and recover the fee, we will refund the amount we recover.
If you think you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Emails and text messages
By paying, you agree that we may email you about your order and your filing. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only to people who have opted in to receive them, and you can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 9. Limitation of liability
We provide the filing service described above. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for that filing, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including fines or penalties that result from incorrect information you provided or from delays outside our control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Please contact us first with any problem; most issues can be resolved by email.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid applies to that order.
